Guides
Working code for your stack. Five minutes, no account.
Every guide builds a real form you can test before signing up, then shows the messages the way you want them.
Start with your stack
Each of these ends the same way: a form on your site, a real test stored in Postbag, and nothing to babysit. Pick the one that looks like your repository. HTML, Astro and Next.js also have a repo you can clone, if you'd rather start from a working example than type the snippet.
- Plain HTML No backend, no build step, no JavaScript. A form tag, and somewhere real for it to go.
- Astro Astro's whole promise is shipping less JavaScript. Your contact form shouldn't be the exception.
- Next.js You were about to write app/api/contact/route.ts. You can close that file.
- React Your React app is static files on a CDN. It can still have a real contact form.
- Vue Three refs, one handler, and a template that reads like the form it renders.
- Nuxt Drop one file in components/ and Nuxt does the introductions. No server route required.
- SvelteKit Form actions are lovely — until adapter-static takes the server away. This form never needed one.
- Hugo Your site builds in milliseconds. It shouldn't grow a server for one form.
- Jekyll · GitHub Pages GitHub Pages runs no server code, ever. Your contact form was always going to need a friend.
- Eleventy Eleventy stays out of your way. Its contact form should have the same manners.
Then send it somewhere useful
A form that only collects is half a form. These wire the messages onward — to your phone, your automations, or a workflow you run yourself.
- Telegram Some messages shouldn't wait for you to check email. Your phone buzzes; the record stays safe.
- Zapier Zapier reaches five thousand apps. Postbag's job is making sure every message survives the trip there.
- Make Make thinks in scenarios. Give it a dependable first module: a form that never loses input.
- n8n You run your own automations. Run them on a form backend with the same convictions.
Give the form job to your agent.
It can build, wire and test the form before you even sign up. Claim it when it's worth keeping.
